Current Status

casi flights have been conducted over sample plots in Algoma in summer 2000.

RPV helicopter flights by Professor Honda took place over the Greater Victoria Watershed plots in June 2000.

Field work and ground helicopter chemistry sampling took place in the Greater Victoria Water District in September 2000. We added Hoquiam, Washington as another test site for EO-1 where there is similar forest cover to the other EVEOSD west coast test sites and extensive historical analysis.

Landsat-7 and Radarsat-1 data were acquired for GVWD, Clayoquot, and Hoquiam. No AVIRIS flights occurred over GVWD, Hoquiam and Clayoquot Sound in September 2000.
